At Night Vision Clean, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We work hard to ensure our services meet your expectations, but we understand that there may be times when you're not completely satisfied. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be provided and the process for requesting a refund.

1. Scope of the Refund Policy

This policy applies to all services provided by Night Vision Clean, including but not limited to:

 

  • Commercial Kitchen Cleaning

  • Floor Care Services (Strip, Wax, Epoxy, Concrete Grinding)

  • Ductwork Cleaning

  • Grease Hood Box and Rooftop Fan Maintenance

  • Janitorial Services

  • Junk Removal Services

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed for all services. They are subject to the specific circumstances outlined below. Our team will first attempt to resolve any issues before considering a refund.

2.1 Dissatisfaction with Service

​

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of the service completion. We will work to rectify the issue by offering a free re-clean or service adjustment. Refunds are only provided if we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

2.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

​

  • Cancellation Before 48 Hours of Scheduled Service: You may cancel or reschedule your service without penalty if done more than 48 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Service: If you cancel within 48 hours, a cancellation fee of $299 will apply.

  • Same-Day Cancellations: Same-day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund, and the full-service charge will apply.

2.3 Service Not Rendered

​

If Night Vision Clean is unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the service without additional charges.

 

3. Non-Refundable Services

​

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

 

  • Services Rendered: Once a service has been fully performed and completed to the standard agreed upon, no refunds will be issued.

  • Partial Services: If the service is partially completed due to circumstances beyond our control (such as lack of access to the premises), no refund will be issued.

  • Custom Cleaning Services: Custom or highly specialized services that have been delivered cannot be refunded.

 

4. Refund Request Process

If you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, you can request a refund by following these steps:

To initiate a refund request, please reach out to us through one of the following methods:

  • Full name and contact details

  • Date and details of the service provided

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Any supporting documentation, such as photos

 

4.2 Investigation

Upon receiving your refund request, we will review the case within 5 business days. We may contact you for additional information or schedule a follow-up visit to verify the issue.

4.3 Resolution

 

Once we have reviewed your request, we will inform you of our decision within 10 business days. The outcome could be one of the following:

 

  • Re-cleaning or Re-servicing: We may offer to re-do the service at no additional cost.

  • Partial Refund: In cases where only part of the service was unsatisfactory, we may issue a partial refund.

  • Full Refund: If eligible, we will issue a full refund based on the original payment.

 

5. Refund Payment Methods

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval and will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the payment method is unavailable, we will issue the refund via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

 

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

​

We encourage you to reach out to us directly to resolve any issues before initiating chargebacks or disputes through your payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in additional fees or service termination.

 

7. Changes to This Policy

​

Night Vision Clean reserves the right to update or change this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the date of the last update will be listed at the top of the policy.
